During my tenure as CEO, Havas North America co-led M&A and new product development growth plan, architecting 7 deals in 5 years to modernize the portfolio, creating $500m in cumulative new value for Havas. In 2015, I co-founded The Annex, the global culture and entertainment network of Havas x Vivendi, which helped brands connect with emerging cultures and generations. In addition to marquee wins, the strategic plan included two acquisitions, one in NYC (88's) and the other in LA (Battery.) The Annex has created over $100m in cumulative new value for Havas. Also, I co-founded the global insights consultancy TRIPTK and spearheaded the launch of Havas's AI-powered journey mapping methodology, Arcadia. Before Havas, spent 7 years leading two North American regions for now Accenture agency, Wire Stone. I focused on data/creative/business model innovation/ digital transformation assignments for global brands, including HP, Motorola, Nike, Boeing, and Conagra.
