I am the General Manager of Magdala, a one-of-a-kind hotel and cultural center in the Galilee that combines history, spirituality, and nature. With a degree from Cornell University and over 24 years of experience in the hotel industry, I have the skills and knowledge to manage all aspects of hotel operations, from revenue management and customer satisfaction to food and beverage operations and online marketing.Before joining Magdala in Feb.2022, I led the growth and profitability of three hotels as the General Manager of Legacy Hotels, a chain of hotels in Israel. I also have extensive experience in reservation and revenue management, having worked at The Scots Hotel for 10 years, where I created and implemented effective pricing and sales strategies. I am passionate about creating memorable and meaningful experiences for our guests and visitors, and I am always eager to learn new things and expand my horizons. I have a keen interest in archaeology and Israel studies, which I studied at Haifa University, and I am fluent in Arabic, Hebrew, and English. My goal is to leverage my skills and experience to enhance the reputation and performance of Magdala, and to contribute to its mission of promoting peace and dialogue in the region.
