I’m doing this by:* Leading Sales & Marketing operations by introducing right reports, tools & processes* Control level of commercial investments (Contracted Terms, Sales & Marketing Tactical funds)* Drive SG&A costs of organization* Coordinate key planning processes – Yearly budget and monthly forecast* Bridge communication between Local Sales & Marketing organization and European Headquarter as well as all supporting/operation functions (Logistic, Supply, Finance, Credit Control, Business Operations)

During that time:* We improved QTY (+6.4pp) and Value (+8.2pp) Market Shares in total Digital Imaging business.* Marginal Profit has grown by 47% (FY22 vs FY18)* I delivered budget goals in 4 out of 5 years in scope (exception was COVID 2020 year). key responsibilities: • Managing Sony's Digital Imaging business in Poland. In charge of a team of 5 people, formed by PM’s and Professional Business Specialist.• Ownership of the category P&L, reporting internally and to European Top Management.• In charge of DI business demand creation, including B2B Sales management and direct cooperation with top photographers. Supervising and managing dedicated resources, including Commercial Investments and A&P.• correctly understand and segment the immense different customer profiles that photography has, and to offer the right marketing tools to each of them. • Responsibility for budget and forecast for the product lines, prediction sales activities based on Sell-in & Sell Out Balance principles, monitoring of the market, competitive analysis, evaluation of new business opportunities.

• Maximizes profitability by providing right channel and account strategy to Sony Europe sales organisations• Governs Commercial Investment (CI) on a Pan European basis with country ownership• Implements standardised central European processes and frameworks to ensure the in country management of Commercial Investment is optimised to maximise return on investment and controls the amount of commercial investment in accordance with the budget.• Recognizes best sales practices and implements those with respect to business needs/reality of each country/market situation and makes a proper balance of harmonization and localization.• Helps to optimise business operations in each country and in sales support team

• Supports the Country Head in developing market strategy and project manage its implementation - Monitors the results and proposes correction / additional actions• Establishes clear Commercial Investments frameworks and other tools to improve market monitoring capabilities and strengthen Sales and Marketing operations• Leads the implementation of Pan-European projects (eg. SalesForce.com) and directions to Polish market• Coordinates planning processes (budget and forecast). Provides data insight based on market development (GFK)• Provides recommendations on the actions to be taken and works with relevant stakeholders to complete them• Establishes single Market Intelligence communication platform (dashboard) to secure consolidated communication of data across all levels of organization.• Supports and educates relevant Managers/Specialists to use and utilize the market information and results for strategy building.• Supervise delegated resources. Ensure that activities are carried out effectively and fall within budget guidelines

• Supports of various sales activities including orders and invoice/credit notes management in SAP• Governances Commercial Conditions setup in SAP and supporting tools• Scopes and coordinates development of the tool for Sales and Marketing tactical investments management (from requests creation through accruals balance check and approval in line with Table of Authority (ToA) to automated processing in SAP)• Support to Pan-European roll-out of mentioned above tool.
