Let me introduce myself, my name is Marque Roybal, I’m the Principal Broker of HOMEnet Real Estate. I’ve been in the Real Estate business for almost 15 years. Here are just a few of my credentials.– I hold the Principal Broker License. In the state of Utah, that’s the highest level of license available. It allows me to manage Sales Agents and Associate Brokers.-In addition, I hold the Real Estate Instructor license. It’s a state issued license that allows me to teach real estate related courses for credit. (The state requires such credit when an agent renews their license.)-I have personally been involved in nearly 4000 transactions.-I actually answer my phone. -I manage and train a full service team dedicated to making every transaction a smooth worry free process.-Together we serve Salt Lake, Davis, Weber, Summit, Utah and Wasatch Counties as well as their surrounding areas.
