I have also had the opportunity to lead and develop some of the most talented professionals in our field.My work history includes extensive experience interpreting various policies including; auto, homeowners, commercial and incorporating jurisdictional guidelines. In my claims experience, I've worked with the aforementioned policy types in various states, negotiated and settled large loss, business interruption claims (BIT), complex injury claims, disaster claims, minor injury claims and low complexity liability losses.I also have over 5 years experience in bulk sales management and merchandising.I'm comfortable with changing environments and I am an advocate creating a positive customer experience.
