- Coordination of worldwide subsidiaries, ensuring OHS standards are met- Implementation of ISO 45001:2018 program on all subsidiaries- Develop and Monitor OHS performance and compliance- Implement the company’s emergency response arrangements- Development and execution of safety audits and inspections- Creation of OHS training, webinars and workshops- Reviewing and assessing OHS policies and procedures

Adding to the functions already preformed as an Health&Safety Technician, I was also responsible for:- Definition of the OHS Strategy based on Top Management Planning- Development, improvement and implementation of OHS Policies, procedures and documentation- Development and implementation of OHS training programs- Creation and analysis of department KPI's and submission of reports for TPGroup- Implementation and Management of ISO 45001:2018 standard / COVID-19 Certification- Internal Auditor for ISO 45001:2018- Preparation and follow-up in QHSE external audits and inspections- Development and presentation of the Annual Activity report- Coordination of TP Clinics and Medical Providers (Medical Exams, Psychology and General Medicine)

- Conduct Health and Safety Audits- Implementation of TP Group policies- Annual Risk Assessments- Drill exercises (internal/external)- Analysis and investigation of Incidents, Accidents at work and Occupational Diseases - H&S training sessions- Coordination daily tasks related to Medical exams, psychology and general medicine appointments
