Responsible for SEC 10D and 8K filings for Citi's Credit Card Securitization Trust. Within this role, we provided reporting, operations support, and analytics to the Capital Markets group in support of the required liquidity needs of the bank. Support provided through; designing and implementing a monthly/yearly forecast model for trust performance metrics, stress testing to provide an accurate look at future debt issuance needs, oversight and testing of project implementation, analyzing and reviewing monthly performance metrics, providing support and due diligence for new deal issuances and third party bond offerings, and communicating results with internal and external executives and investor stakeholders.

Successfully learned and transitioned the accounting operations processes of Citi's Credit Card Securitizations from New York to Sioux Falls, SD. Responsibilities included, performing and supporting various complex securitization and accounting functions, securitization activity management, securitization and legal entity accounting functions, general ledger entries for bonds and derivatives, reconciliations, financial reporting, account ownership and attestation, variance analysis, quarterly project implementation and testing, and compliance and self assessments.

Responsible for various accounting functions and processes related to, account reconciliations, month end close processes, financial reporting, variance explanations, state returns for abandoned properties, fixed asset review, and daily/monthly credit loss entries for Citi's credit cards.
