I founded the organization to foster economic development, equitable educational alternatives, agricultural independence, and community preservation within these communities.My educational background provides a strong foundation for my work. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Facilities Management, and I've also earned a Master's degree in Student Affairs & College Counseling. This advanced education not only underscores my belief in the importance of education but also shapes my coaching-centric leadership style.Throughout my career, I've applied my developmental approach predominantly in the sports.
