Configure Juniper Firewalls (ISG 2000, SSG 550, etc.), Switches, Taclanes and Juniper Routers (J2300, J4350, J6350 Series) to be deployed to various Department of Defense (DoD) sites throughout the U.S.Track outages/issues with proactive trouble tickets giving the customer the most reliable network support.Monitor deployed Foundry/Brocade switches (FESX424, FESX448) to ensure that networks run at maximum efficiency.Monitor deployed firewalls to ensure that all traffic crossing the device is valid traffic and is permitted per the request of site Point of Contacts.Assist customers to troubleshoot network issues via phone and emailTravel to various DoD Sites to conduct Security Stack installs.Develop strong working relationships with all Data Center staff to be able to assist and receive assistance in meeting critical and often urgent deadlinesWork with Program Managers, Transition Managers, & Account Managers to identify detailed implementation plans and set appropriate and realistic timelines for network projects and work efforts.Provide guidance to other members of the team in areas of expertise.
