Confirm equipment works properly before production is ran as requirted for quality control;Assure operation procedures are followed and suggested improvements when necessary;Monitor and document process control parameters and adjust process as needed;Trouble shot minor (mechanical) machine and tooling issues;Assess reason for machine break down. issue INFOR work order and coordinate repair maintenance and supervisor;Perform start up and shut down procedures;Refill/ replace raw material and other consumables;After forced shut down asses safety and functionality of equipment (E-stop, Machine fault etc.)

Prepared daily meeting on quality reports and possbile areas of improvement;Knowledgeable in area and able to perform any job on line as well as some basic troubleshooting;Ensure team members can fulfill and understand production duties and identify when parts are not up to production requirement;Work with supervisor for rotation operators and shortly relieve operators when necessary;Ensure environment is clean and safe with properly working equipment as attended;Record and report production data to supervisor/mangement of hourly numbers and deliveries to customers

Attend daily shift meeting;Ensure 100% delivery of quality parts in production standard cycle time ;Provide and take part in improvements of lean manufacturing methods in a safe and clean environment;Report any faulty equipment of possbile concerns to Team leads/Supervisor;Work overtime as necessary
