I bounce between development, writing, directing, and PrEditing of scripted and unscripted content for multiple platforms and linear outlets. Basically I'm a highly sought after Creative Swiss Army Knife.

As Head of Development I oversee Kids at Play's diverse development slate of Scripted / Unscripted / Alternative original programming for TV, Digital and Film:-- Devise development strategy according to network mandates, programming trends, and what KAP wants to develop and pitch.-- Hunt, find and sign characters and worlds.-- Take and evaluate scripted project pitches from producers, writers, and celebrity talent; meet with independent producers and/or talent for possible unscripted projects.-- Supervise, Direct and PrEdit many of KAP's talent-based or conceptual sizzles.-- Create and beat out unscripted formats.-- Pitch scripted and unscripted projects to TV and Digital networks.-- Manage a small team of assistants and coordinators.-- Oversee production and creative on some of KAP's current scripted and unscripted projects, as well as contribute as an FCP and Premiere editor to series, pilots and inaugural episodes that need a structural fix or creative polish.

I write about new albums, new singles and videos; and craft long-form anniversary tributes to exceptional albums of the past.
