Hello, I'm Marrek and I started Office Changes in 2001 as an office partitioning specialist. The company is now a thriving one stop shop for workplace interiors and office furniture.I have a ‘client for life’ ethos, and believe you are only as good as your last project. Operating safely, ethically, tidily and respectfully are no less important to me than any emphasis placed on providing a high quality service and standard of workmanship. I personally take great pride in everything I do and I was brought up with the mentality of do it well, or not at all. The Office Changes team, our registered sub-contractors and our suppliers are all expected to adopt the same attitude. The goal must always be to deliver with the utmost quality, timeliness and integrity.In 2012, I separated from my wife. I did not anticipate what would happen next, with both my children deciding they wanted to live with me. Bringing up young children on my own, alongside running a busy construction business, and then Covid, was no small challenge. But as tiring and stressful as it may have been at times, it was a thoroughly grounding and enriching experience. They are now both fabulous young adults, one furthering her education at university and the other completing his A levels.I have a new partner and thoroughly enjoy being invited to assist with her equestrian business. I have always been a dog-lover, but was completely unaware that horses had such fantastic personalities, and are just big, slightly over-anxious, dogs. I also teach Cuban salsa and I am a bit of a petrol head. I love being outdoors in the sun and my motto is to be grateful daily, appreciating the small wins, ideally with plenty of humor for good measure along the way.
