About Marren B.

I am a prosecutor at the City of Memphis, where I handle neighborhood preservation act cases in environmental court on behalf of the city. I graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis in May 2022. In law school, I was a qualified law student in the Neighborhood Preservation Clinic. My core competencies include legal research, drafting, and presentation, as well as real estate and environmental law.Prior to becoming a prosecutor, I was a staff attorney at The Works, Inc., a nonprofit organization that provides affordable housing and community development services.
