I have been a Florist for over 40 years and since joining NIGFAS (Northern Ireland Group Floral Art Society) I have been able to teach others many of my different floristry techniques and styles.I could be demonstrating to groups of 20 people or anything up to 300. It can be very nerve racking, but extremely rewarding to see people take an active interest in my work and want to learn more about floristry.

• Provide Administrative support to the Board• Contribute to the work of the ASE Board• Agree draft and final agenda for ASE meetings and AGM with President• Agree minutes of Board meetings and AGM with President prior to circulation to the Board and placing on web-site• Provide meetings administration, equipment, name plates etc in consultation with President• Be Senate Contact Point for Countries without a Senate organisation• Circulate agenda, minutes and any specific papers before ASE meetings• Maintain a record of attendance at ASE Board and AGM meetings• Maintain a summary of “movements “ of Board members• Ensure all nominations for election are administered in line with Articles of ASE• Administer AGM and support the President • Ensure minutes are taken at AGM and posted on web-site • Attend (if possible) Joint Senate Board Meeting as an observer

Chaired meeting of the British SenateEncouraged Senators to assist developing JCI UK Promoted British Senate throughout the World Senate organization and represented it at European and World Past Congresses.
