Enterprise It Operations Specialist
Current- Front line support of Microsoft 365/Azure enterprise, focusing on telephone and walk ins.- Effectively work with customers, service desk and technical services personnel.- Diagnose errors or technical problems, and determine and implement proper solutions.- Maintain documentation for each task.- Escalate complex problems to the next level of support.- Perform hardware installations, repairs, maintenance, software installations and upgrades.- Take responsibility for follow-up services or problem escalation.- Coordinate vendor repair services for onsite and offsite work.- Provide end-user training as required.- Build positive relationships with customers.
