Work responsibilities include drafting and filing petitions for clients, open and frequent communication between clients, having a working knowledge of vaccine composition, and general administrative skills associated with this field of work.

"Federal Programs Branch attorneys litigate on behalf of approximately 100 federal agencies, the President, Cabinet officers, and other government officials. They defend against constitutional challenges to federal statutes, suits to overturn government policies and programs, and attacks on the legality of government decisions. The Federal Programs Branch also initiates litigation to enforce regulatory statutes and to remedy statutory and regulatory violations." In this role I have: -Conducted and presented research for a motion to dismiss claim brought against a plaintiffchallenging President Trump’s Executive Order on Reducing Regulation and ControllingRegulatory Costs-Performed research on venue and the Declaratory Judgement Act for attorney drafting an answerto a complaint brought by the State of Oregon and Washington against the United Statesregarding the “Sanctuary Cities” Executive Order-Prepared memoranda for senior trial attorneys outlining the merits of claims brought against theBureau of Indian Affairs by the Eastern Shoshone Tribe

Meeting the needs of the thousands of students that enter the Carolina Student Union on a daily basis. Making sure meeting rooms are set up to the highest standards. Opening and closing both the Union and the accompanying Student and Academics Services Building North building.Recently promoted to assistant manager. In this capacity I am responsible for providing active communication between all working departments of the Union as well as long term clients of the building.

I assisted attorneys with any paperwork and cases they may have. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, answering phone calls, drafting opening and closing memos, drafting demand letters, filing documents at the appropriate court house, sitting in client interviews, and completing client intake sheets.
