My mission is simple: To evolve the way we learn, train and unlock human potential. At 42, I was diagnosed with ADHD and it changed everything. For years, I considered my hyper-focus, creativity, and struggles with distraction as just part of the entrepreneurial grind. I’ve built and closed multiple businesses, navigated the intense highs and lows of startup life, and thought I was simply wired differently. But when I was introduced to the idea that I might be neurodivergent, it shifted everything.Initially, I resisted the diagnosis. How could I have missed something so integral for so long? But as I dug deeper, the puzzle pieces clicked into place. I realised ADHD wasn’t a disorder; it was a superpower.That realisation sparked a new mission in my life: to reshape the way we learn, train, and hire. As the co-founder and COO of Polynize, I’m on a mission to build the actual Matrix—a simulation engine that instantly turns any content into an immersive, gamified learning environment. Our platform allows individuals to dive into any scenario and upskill rapidly, just how Neo learned JuJitsu in the Matrix. The vision is a future where anyone can learn anything, instantly, train and get hired for the opportunity’s that suit their unique skills. We’ve focused first on building the learning and simulation side to scale across industries. In 2025 we’ll be raising funds to incorporate immersive technologies to create hyper-realistic simulations that push the boundaries of training, education, and talent acquisition.With Polynize, I aim to unlock opportunities for underrepresented and neurodivergent talent, ensuring that diverse individuals can access the same high-level training environments as everyone else and show off their superpowers.
