I love to get into the head of an end-user and translate their wishes into images, and from that into real projects. In my work I focus on mood, color, materials, shape and space.I started my career as a buyer/product manager, so I have quite some experience in creating product-collections; making a perfect mix of new, refreshing and commercial items for a specific targetgroup to get the best out of a collection.I worked for HEMA, Scotch & Soda Collectables and Sissy-Boy Homeland.In June 2015 I graduated from Academie Artemis Amsterdam, interiorstyling. During my time at Artemis, I found out that I love to create based on research, first find out what is going on and then think of the best solution.My work can be seen as comfortable but with a refreshing touch. Always up-to-date but never too far from now. My focus is on interior, lifestyle and photo. I love to mix old and new, raw and subtle.

I temporarily replaced the Manager Design & Product Development of the Sissy-Boy Homeland collection. Together with my team we sourced, selected, created and developed the Christmas and Fall/Winter collection for 2016. The coolest thing here, was to make a good match with the fashion-collections to get the best mood in the stores. We focussed on excellent color-combinations, a good mix of materials and prints and a perfect variety of items to emphasize the special feel of the Sissy-Boy Homeland collection. Next to that, I contributed to photoshoots, press-events, styling and the set up of the concept for Summer 2017. It was so cool to do, I really enjoyed getting to know Sissy-Boy behind the scenes!

Amsterdam Area, Netherlands

I temporarily replaced the coordinator of the Collectables collection of Scotch & Soda. The company was moving their new interior collection from pure vintage items to the first collection with self developed items. My job was to develop the items and to make a good balance in the collection when it comes to items, colors and variety. It was so nice to be part of the team!
