I use my strengths such as integrity, creativity, optimism, humor and perseverance to make a difference wherever I am, but ensuring always to enjoy the ride.I'm currently living in Orlando with my husband, my toddlers twin girls, my baby boy & 2 adopted dogs I can add value through:(1) my past work experiences, as an Advertising Manager and as an Account Director in different multi-national Advertising Agencies(2) as a deeply connected people-oriented Manager/Director practicing my leadership skills(3) through my broad cultural perspective developed after living in Brazil, my homeland, in Japan to know the completely different eastern way of living for a year and a half, and living Atlanta US, since April of 2016.(4) my passion and belief of Positive Psychology principles, using scientific studies to understand the science of happiness to change perspectives leading to an optimal human functioning allowing individuals to flourish.Summary of My Background:I have 21 years of experience between my first internship and my work as:(1) an Account Manager & Director in advertising agencies (Saatchi & Saatchi, FCB and Dentsu Inc. worldwide groups)(2) in marketing areas as Advertising Manager (The Coca-Cola Company) (3) as an Entrepreneur developing Branded Entertainment Projects (The Butterfly Tree) and developing and producing Personal Projects of my own interests (my own acoustic Singing Show, Graffiti Art Project, New York Film Academy Short Movie).
