- Responsible for managing all aspects of precison machining and manufacturing operations, which includes production, quality assurance, equipment maintenance, procurement, material and production planing, warehouse.- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable law.- Providing leadership, coordination and coaching to the plant and operational team.- Monitoring the quality and standards of products.- Promoting the manufacturing executing system(MES) within the plant.- Responsible for managing the investment casting operations, which includes engineering, production, and quality.

- Management of Supplier Chains for Automobile Cabling in China.- Inventory management for raw material, work-in-process and finished goods by forecasting and operations planning.- Efficient delivery and shipment of finished goods for customers to minimum transportation cost and storage cost.

- Build up a new factory around area 80,000 square meter, with capability of metal-stamping, welding and assembling in TongXiang since 2009.- Responsible for the operations of the factory through the coordination and management of various departments, such as Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Financial, HR and QA, to come to the fulfillment of the annual goals.- Lead the factory in cooperation with UL to ensure compliance with industrial standards and company policies such as ISO/TS16949 (IATF 16949) Certificated every year.- Works with Sales Center in Taipei to meet customer requirements relative to delivery, cost and quality.- Develops product and relative techniques efficiently and competitively, make plans and strategies to coordinate the resources from different units such as materials, equipment and manpower.- Responsible for all budget execution, as well as monitoring budget performance and performing analysis.

- Lead a quality team supporting quality auditing for each factory in China.- By auditing the operations of factory, including engineering and manufacturing process, provide improvements and suggestions, and then take corrective actions.- Help get Certificates of QMS, such as ISO9000 and TS16949.

- Provide technical support and consulting with Sales to meet the technical requirement of top customers, such as Raymaring, Cisco, Xerox, etc.- Coordinate engineers from Taiwan, China, UK and USA to provide technical supports to customers.- Regularly visit China factory, UK and USA subsidiary for projects reviews and customer auditing.

-Lead a team, including China engineers, to develop a few of cable assembly projects supporting Cisco, Xerox, Sun Microsystems etc. to help Sales get into business on the USA market.- Coordinate with local engineers, including Taiwan, China, UK and USA to provide technical support

- Provide technical supports with Sales.- Work with a technical team, including RD, QA, and Production engineers to successfully transfer a production line of IO-Sensor from Dubai to China.- Regularly visit China factory for projects review and follow-up.

- Manage a engineering division to develop techniques for fiber optics connections.- Technically transfer skills from Korean company and build up a production line for making fiber-optic products, such as Coupler, Splitter, Terminator, etc.

- Build up a new engineering team and handle projects for new fiber-optic products, such as fiber adaptor, fiber patchcords.- Work with production department for continuously improvements of manufacturing process.

- Conduct projects for Small Form Factor fiber-optic connector, such as MTRJ and LC, which were made by plastic injection and applied for new model patents. - Improve the assembling and polishing process for production run of fiber-optic cable assembly.

- Conducts a project for developing golf steelhead made of Ti-Alloy by SuperPlastic Forming and Diffusion bonding. - Lead a project for building up a special process of shot-peening to improve the surface strength of fan blades and apply the diffusion bonding method. To cooperate with foreign engineering team and technically transfer this process and facility from French and then set up the whole process in Taoyuan factory.- In charge of an automatic coating process with ABB robotic arm and responsible for programming.

- Join a project team for developing new model of compressor and attend the field training for the process of assembling compressors.- Provided customer services with Sales for local agents.
