Confirm the required materials and product quality. Product sample delivery and order processing. Formulate standard process of customer service. Arrange relevant project work of all departments in the plant.

Job responsibility：The company's main product is the inductor. Management Thailand factory's IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC and other quality department. Pay attention to production line status, maintain production line output and quality. Handling production line issue and leading quality meeting. Training local cadres in Thailand. Handling customer complaints and hospitality customer, assist Thai factory audit, such as: TS16949, ISO, UL.

Job responsibility：Managed company product quality, handling customer complaints, organize quality data of products (mainly responsible for Panels, LCD Monitor and smart TV), analyze data.The corresponding customers are major Japanese electronics companies.Give the corresponding services according each company's needs, and improve factory product quality.Also contains the business trip to Japan, Mexico and Southeast Asia for customers overseas service.
