The scope of project to optimized utility bill for municipal services Handle Revenue processes for Collection of Bills & Stubs from bank, payments, and data entry process with implementation of revenue management complete system (RMCS) for outsourcing services. Involve in Bill Processing and monitor printing at the end of every quarter and set off survey for billing address verification and billing information, Provide support and deploy applications at client sites and remote locations. Provided end to end excellent customer services (Audio/Video Callers) clients within the defined Bills regarding the resolution of their queries related to their Billing Calculation moreover designated as a Service Associate for KMC region for assisting Relationship Managers day to day queries by (Phone/Email) regarding the Development customers tagged under there profiles.
