About Chris Woods

As the Regional Recruitment Marketing & I&D Lead at Mars, I'm responsible for launching and executing a new function that covers Europe, Middle East and Africa. With over a decade of experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing and talent acquisition, I'm passionate about attracting and engaging talent from diverse backgrounds and perspectives, and creating a culture of inclusion and belonging at Mars.In my current role, I leverage my expertise in social, digital, and offline media to create high-level recruitment marketing campaigns for key strategic hiring.
