I was born in China and immigrated to Canada in 2011 and have lived in Montreal with my family. I had multiple years of work experiences in promoting and advocating the international social work development. I had long-standing in project coordination and management position. I have also worked as a clinical social worker in a home care program and a hospital setting. I have accumulated rich knowledge regarding formal and informal service delivery and social care system in QC.I am conscious about the fact that aging older adults is a growing demographic feature across the world. I have good understanding of life course perspective and strengths-based approach when working with older adults. I am actively involved in the community life in supporting immigrants and refugees in Montreal. My life-long passion is to advocate for vulnerable groups in our society, especially for the special needs children and older adults.
