Along with normal Admin Asst duties, i.e. typing, organizing meetings, travel and flight arrangements for several people, working various spreadsheets and power points - I also coordinate multiple high profile events around the world. Including but not limited to procuring hotels worldwide, food and beverages, assist in planning agenda's, set up these events, work these events. Prior to events, I also purchase promotional items and ensure that items are sent to events around the world with enough time for shipping, passing through customs and arrive prior to event. Several times a year, I coordinate events around the U.S. that are exclusively for people with disabilities. The coordination of these events includes ensuring that hotel has sufficient accessible rooms are available for our needs, planning the food and beverage needs, and making sure each of their individual needs are met; not only for the room types but also dietary needs.

While in the Reservations Sales Dept. I was the Admin Asst to two Directors, and assisted the Vice President. In this position, I planned multiple offsite business meetings that included hotel accommodations, food and beverage and travel arrangements.I also worked directly with the Director in charge of the opening of the Singapore Res Office, working on spreadsheets to handle living arrangements, travel arrangements, cultural information, ordering international phone cards, health benefits information for all employees traveling to Sinapore to assist in the set up.
