I manage all the PC's, Laptops, Printers, part of the our Virtual Environment, Data Security, etc. I set up all new users, fix things when they break, and just support any issues that arise.
I supported all the POS machines in over 200 franchises across Ohio and other states. Also supported users in the Corporate office with their PC and Printer issues.
