A seasoned and passionate professional with over thirteen years of work experience in the hospitality sector, I started my career by joining our family business, a 53 rooms beachfront resort in Goa, India. During these early years, I had the advantage of implementing and experimenting with the tricks of the trade as I was pursuing my studies in Hotel Management simultaneously. I spent 10 years growing and developing our business on all fronts, during which I mastered my skills in hotel operations, revenue generation, accounting & internal audits, organising events & weddings, managing inventories, managing renovations, negotiating with business partners & vendors, people management, leadership, f&b management, liaising with government bodies and anything else you can think of to make your business successful. Despite the challenges, I remain passionate about the hospitality industry, and look forward to be an impactful addition to any organisation I join or partner with, by sharing and helping implement new ideas and thoughtful touches thereby making us a preferred hotel for customers and work partners.
