As a Founding Partner of Tier1 Level Consulting, LLC (TLC) I bring over 40 years of senior-level management experience to our consulting and executive coaching organization. I founded TLC to provide mid and senior-level executives with the tools, capabilities, and framework to meet the challenges of an ever-changing and dynamic business environment by developing proven solutions that achieve their personal and professional goals.I had a distinguished career of more than 28 years at Merrill Lynch. I held successive levels of sales management executive positions, each of which marked a milestone for African American women in the financial services industry. I joined PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. as their first Chief Diversity Officer where I supported developing and implementing strategies and programs that helped further build and sustain a talented, diverse workforce and a culture of inclusion.My multi-discipline experience in diversity and financial services allows me to identify visionary opportunities and strategic initiatives that help my clients drive transformational business and cultural changes. With a unique breadth of experience integrating diversity and business coupled with the qualifications to serve on audit, compensation, governance, and diversity committees, I help my clients develop processes to influence, persuade and negotiate that improve their results and make them more effective.I am a Certified Corporate Director, having earned the NACD.DC designation from the National Association of Corporate Directors, and I am a Certified Executive Coach, having earned my designation from the Center for Executive Coaching. I frequently serve as a national guest speaker, panelist, and lecturer on the business case for diversity and the impact of inclusive cultures on corporate innovation. I have been recognized by Savoy magazine as a Top Influential Woman in Corporate America and one of the Most Powerful Women in Corporate Diversity by Black Enterprise Magazine. My accomplishments in the field of diversity were a feature story in Diversity Executive Magazine.Additionally, I was recognized by the New Pittsburgh Courier as one of the 50 Women of Excellence, named one of the 25 Influential Women in Business by the Network Journal, and named a 2021 Woman of Influence by the Pittsburgh Business Times. I earned my bachelor's degree from Lehman College, and a master's degree from Columbia University and I am a graduate of the Executive Leadership Development Program of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
