National Account Consultant
CurrentAs a National Account Consultant, I provide account management for assigned national and regional accounts, including identifying customers' public record data needs (corporate, UCC, tax lien, and real property data), providing operational workflow analysis for UCC and mortgage recording processes, and managing projects and database tasks to maximize efficiencies within the customers' public data portfolios. I am responsible for developing and maintaining a vibrant working relationship with key management and operations process owners within my accounts which include large national and regional banks, capital lenders and law firms. Based upon my relationship with customers and knowledge of their workflow, I provide insight to drive efficiencies and use of additional services, products and resources in order to maintain successful account performance. I am the resolution point for service and product related issues, and serve as a soundingboard for feedback regarding enhancements and improvements to our services and products. I am equally responsible for coordinating efforts throughout our corporate enterprise to ensure customer satisfaction within all areas of service.
