Responsible for all Property Management duties relating to 2.7M square feet of Industrial properties. The industrial portfolio, with 20 properties which consist of a total of 43 buildings, currently has a total of 189 tenants. * Direct liaison between properties and ownership.* Develop and implement annual budgets, semi-annual reforecast, and monthly reporting for ownership use.* Oversee all Capital and Tenant Improvement projects to ensure quality control and that the projects stay within budgetary limits.* Create strong working relationships will Tenants and Vendors alike* Responsible for Team Building for our Industrial team which includes a Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager.* Ensure overall quality controls for the Industrial portfolio administratively, fiscally and operationally.

Asset Manager for family based real estate investment firm. Responsible for over 1M square feet of real estate consisting of commercial office, retail, industrial and hospitality. * Develop Business Plan for each asset and implement strategies to fulfill the plan.* Assist in Due Diligence for the acquisition of new assets* Coordinate with third party property management companies to provide direction and oversight on all aspects of each asset. * Administer annual budgets and implement reporting standards* Hire PM firms that will best fit each property and has the best strengths to fulfill the portfolio directives. * Work with Leasing Agents on negotiations for new leases and renewals. * Work to create marketing campaign on each property in order to maximize tenant retention.* Set high standards for each Property Management Company and emphasize “excellence” in all aspects of the PM/Leasing functions.

Responsible for overseeing and providing direction to the Property Managers and their day-to-day job requirements. Maintain excellent owner relationships as the liaison for Centra Asset Management. Developed and instituted business plans to meet and exceed each ownerships property goals while working to maximize the value of each property.

Performed all aspects of property management related to the current portfolio. Responsibilities included monitoring lease terms, preparing budgets and quarterly cash flows, directing all maintenance needs including preventative maintenance plans, TI and capital improvements, continually develop tenant/owner/lender relationships all the while “thinking outside of the box” on how to continually add value to each asset.
