Configure Razorpay POS devices and generate QR and BQR codes for merchants.Handle UPI configuration in the POS devices.Manage EMI and brand EMI configuration and failed transaction refund activities.Currently working closely on Razorpay Omni and Aggregate projects.Collaborate closely with various banks for EMI configuration setup.Work closely with the Sales and Bank teams to onboard merchants with partner banks.Assist merchants in completing their onboarding and going live with Razorpay POS upon receipt of Terminal IDs from partners/banks.Handling KYC activity.Communicate with merchants to understand and address queries/concerns regarding integrations and transactions raised by internal or external stakeholders.Assist merchants/customers in completing pending activations upon request.Review open tickets assigned to the team on Freshdesk and respond to queries related to the tickets.Escalate transaction-related discrepancies with partner banks or internally.Track and publish relevant MIS on a regular basis.
