As the VP of AMH, I am partly responsible for the day-to-day operations. I act as a liaison between our technicians and customers. I provide direct support to resolve issues, concerns and requests that our customers might have. I am also known to get out there and turn wrenches along side our technicians, when in need.

Provided direction and support for a team of field service technicians. Acted as liaison between the Field Service Supervisor and the technicians. Provided maintenance and repairs services to customers on a scheduled and unscheduled basis.

As an equipment rebuild technician, I was responsible for rebuilding Raymond equipment from the ground up to meet OEM, as well as customer specifications. I also trained in field service and received my first Raymond Technical Certifications. I was the youngest team member in a shop/department full of seasoned veterans, who's respect I earned in a short amount of time through proven ability.
