visit math classes, helping with differentiation and providing feedback; provide professional development workshops in mathematics for the teachers on topics including curriculum and instruction, developing local assessments, preparing for standardized assessments; parent workshops for parents of students who are new to the school; weekly test prep class for high school students to improve PSAT and ACT scores; act as a math resource person for any needs of the teachers or administrators.

I am available to do workshops for teachers, grades K-9, on all phases of teaching mathematics and seminars for parents of gifted math students.

I am a retired mathematics educator doing mathematics mentoring with gifted students in grades 3-9, usually emphasizing enrichment but sometimes acceleration as well. I also do test prep with individuals taking the SAT, ACT, or ISEE.
