Tech Team Lead | Scrum Master
Current- Communicates progress to project stakeholders and senior management using metrics: Customized dashboards and reports, Burndown Charts, Velocity metrics.- Onboard new team members to the project to ensure a smooth transition to the team.- Preparing teams for Program Increments to ensure teams are aligned with Program goals, Stretch objectives- Partner with the Product Owner to align teams with the product vision and sprint goals each iteration.- Creates an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts.- Led cross-functional teams to successfully complete IT projects.- Work with Product owners of the teams to prepare Backlog for Pl planning and future iteration goals for each iteration.- Lead and help teams proactively as they build software, code check-ins, code merges, and reviews using engineering best practices.- Promotes continuous improvement activities to foster self-organization, reduce technical debt, and increase productivity.- Track and manage dependencies for the team, help remove team impediments.- Servant leader using Agile principles for team support practices and delivering value.
