I enjoy creating and facilitating customized workshops as well as providing individual coaching for employees to improve communication, team-building, and leadership skills among team members. I'm a qualified user of the MBTI and certifed in the Leadership Practices Inventory 360-degree (LPI), and Reach 360-degree personal branding assessments.
