Sometimes clients don't feel comfortable talking about their accomplishments and how they've made a difference to their company. Coaching helps them better understand how to interpret what they have done in their jobs. Having a competitive resume certainly helps a client get the interview, but sometimes confidence needs to be built around interviewing itself in order to get the job offer or promotion. Everyone is different and I try to help clients gain the skills and confidence they need to take their careers to the next level. Companies call on me often as a consultant and project manager to help them with their talent development. I enjoy creating and facilitating customized workshops as well as providing individual coaching for employees to improve communication, team-building, and leadership skills among team members. I'm a qualified user of the MBTI and certifed in the Leadership Practices Inventory 360-degree (LPI), and Reach 360-degree personal branding assessments.
