Statewide Alternative Dispute Resolution Coordinator for the NM Administrative Office of the Courts. Working with court-based ADR programs and a 20 member Commission to improve our existing ADR programs and expand the number of programs that are available to New Mexicans. Helping courts, court personnel, and citizens understand the value of dialog, mediation, and conciliation, and to provide programs where they can settle their differences without litigating.
