I work with other executives and the development team to establish and manage the financial and strategic reporting systems, and collaborate with our other business line leaders to pursue growth proposals and other strategic initiatives.My second role as asset management leader is to oversee a range of strategic projects, including working with the development team to establish robust plans for growth, including strategic business direction, refinancing long term debt, executing M&A transactions, and financial reporting on behalf of Corvias and its portfolio companies.

Developed all marketing collateral and delivery tools leading to six successful engagements. From improving an asset manager's strategic planning models to providing modeling and financial due diligence on complex transactions, I led teams to deliver practical, implementable results that helped organizations succeed.

Partner providing strategic and quantitative advice to stakeholders across all phases of the investment lifecycle focusing on portfolio companies and asset management firms. Advisor to CEOs and CFOs driving reporting process improvement, quality, consistency, and automation across the finance and development functions.Worked extensively with audit, tax and financial modeling professionals to develop several new service lines, build the EY brand, and execute complex analyses from financial close to investment exit.

Led KPMG's Strategic Services team in NY. Broad transaction advisory roles (commercial strategy, capital raising, M&A, and other transaction advice), assessing investment risks and value and identified/resolved issues impacting company performance.Significant financial and operational process management expertise, including serving 3 years as chief restructuring officer and acting CFO for a large real estate investment fund.Founded KPMG’s project finance service and grew a team of dedicated financial professionals servicing all sectors, but with an emphasis in the infrastructure and sustainable assets sectors (and their fund sponsors). Led teams which developed and reviewed detailed plans for clients pursuing process improvements, capital raisings and complex transactions, including some of the first large scale infrastructure deals in the country, and a large share of early utility scale solar / tax equity projects. With a team skilled in finance, accounting and engineering, the service grew quickly into consulting around FP&A performance improvement projects, process automation and other initiatives requiring a mix of strategic and quantitative skillsets.

GlenRock (AKA BMV Capital) was a newly formed venture capital / private equity firm. Responsible for all aspect of principal investing - from underwriting / due diligence to working with lawyers on closing document. CFO and Board member of portfolio company LRW Digital.

Engaged in the full range of corporate finance products. Working in the metals, mining & steel sectors at the end of the tech bubble, principally executed refinancings, restructurings and debt offerings.

Originally stationed at the Air Force Research Laboratory in Albuquerque, NM, I initially was a software developer working on simulations for laser and microwave advanced technology programs. I subsequently became program manager of large development contracts, where I was responsible for managing timeline and budget on a large defense industry projects. Working with defense industry scientists and engineers, I helped identify and resolve development bottlenecks and resolve programmatic issues.
