I hold an ABET accredited degree in Manufacturing Engineering with a concentration in Mechanical Systems from Texas State University. My education, coupled with hands-on project experience, has provided me with a strong foundation in lean manufacturing principles, as well as the ability to integrate design and production processes using advanced software tools. In my current role as an Applications Engineer at Mensor, I serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and product specialists, providing expert knowledge on WIKA Calibration Technology solutions. I manage customer accounts, generate detailed quotations, and oversee the seamless closure of orders while delivering comprehensive technical support. My role also involves working closely with customer engineering teams to offer tailored recommendations, ensuring the successful implementation of calibration products.Additionally, I have completed rigorous leadership training as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy.
