Previously managed PICS (Plug-in Card) repair, test and tool set repair, purchase of refurbished PICS, and hand-holes and manholes.Perform all activities related to contract administration for the procurement of goods and services including the management of supplier relationships. Responsible for assisting team in: attaining net income objectives, reducing DOS in inventory, reducing accounts receivables greater than 90 days to less than 1.3% (achieved 1.1%), assisted in meeting total savings to BellSouth of $2.0M. Responsible for $2.3M in annual savings to client and an additional $1.7M to Verizon through RFP’s and SKU rationalization.

Dallas Georgia

Manage all aspects of scheduling the plant tufting and yarn operations with focus on meeting the service expectations of the customers and Sales and Marketing. Determined weekly run schedule based on backorders, inventory position, and machine limitations. Ensured the tufting department executed the weekly schedule. Interfaced with Customer Service, R&D, and yarn manufacturing to expedite production orders to meet delivery dates. Responsible for reducing back orders by 50% and turn-around time by 33%. Redesigned warehouse layout to increase inventory capacity by 600%.
