Will be managing both planning and scheduling teams for the Anadarko Asset in the Texas panhandle and the Arkoma asset in Easter Oklahoma.

* During the 2013 year I was deeply entrenched with the BP Back Bone Deployment and provided data and support to the deployment team and helped deliver the work flow process successfully to the Anadarko Asset.* As a Planner I have gained experience managing different personalities and havelearned how to effectively communicate with others in order to integrate the processesused by Planning and Scheduling.* In current role facilitate the push to move into the Back Bone system and integrate as much as possible the WMS strategies in the Dumas field office.* Intimately involved with the scheduling process and how to utilize BP and contractorpersonnel in an efficient manner following the work management process.* My part in the Activity Planning group at this time requires that I write, submit, review,and update maintenance and construction job plans and PM’s for the Dumas Field area.* I am very supportive of the Back Bone implementation process and have attended every meeting that has been available to me. Including building job plans and gathering material and service data prior to Back Bone team deployment to my area.* Familiar with the MOC process and use the eMOC application to check the status ofMOC’s. i. e. Approved for construction, Approved for startup, which will affect theActivity Planning and resource requirements.* Trained in the use of KPI’s and use them regularly as a training tool to guide schedulertowards a better understanding of how adhering to the process can increase efficiency forall parties involved.*Programs used consist of Microsoft Excel, (data entry as well as building spreadsheets),Microsoft word , Microsoft power point (presentations and job plans) computer based aswell as web based email programs, Microsoft project, Maximo, and remote desktopaccess.

* As a first year teacher, established a 100% passing rate on the stateaptitude test for school children. Better known as the TAKS* During the second year, students maintained a Recognized status on the state mandatedtest.*On a daily basis plan, schedule and implement strategies in order to accomplish shortand long term educational goals, involving not only students but vertical alignment ofstaff and involvement of parents in their children’s education.*Set up and maintain time lines in order to meet educational objectives mandated by thestate.* Was intricately involved in the training of new staff in policy, procedures, andcomputer programs used by the school district.

* Worked hand in hand with BP field mechanics and operation techs on completeoverhauls of large Clark compressor engines and Joey compressors.* Worked on the construction of small as well as larger natural gas compressor stations.* Worked on and with crews repairing and replacing gas pipeline, as well as constructionof new underground lines.* Excelled as a welders helper to the point that I was requested rather than being assignedto a welder.

*Experienced in pulling and replacing submersible pumps including electric as well asnatural gas engine operated, which included the bowl assembly, pump shaft, and tubing.* Constructed, maintained, repaired, and full overhaul of natural gas irrigation enginestations used to operate submersible water pumps for agricultural crop production.(Approximately 10-15 running units on a daily basis.)* Experienced in constructing, maintaining and repairing circle pivot irrigation systems,as well as pouring concrete pads for support of circle pivot irrigation systems.* Experienced in running small trucking company including paper work for state andfederal regulations, and managing and hiring employees.* Maintenance and over haul of full size tractor trailer combination trucks.* CDL licensed.

* Experienced in surfacing engine valve faces and the opposing valve seats, resurfacingengine heads, pressure testing engine heads as well as other machining responsibilities.* Skilled in the use of micrometers, calipers, dial calipers, inside and outside dialindicators.* Performed service calls on customer irrigation units (small natural gas engines up tocaterpillar natural gas engines).* Experience billing customers and maintaining inventory, as well as producing inventoryreports.
