This position exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of Space Systems Command (SSC) Headquarters (HQ) Next generation Operational Control System (OCX) Division within SSC/CGC. Develops and fields a modernized satellite command and control (C2) system which replaces the current ground control system for legacy and new GPS satellites. OCX implements a modern flexible architecture with built-in robust information assurance to address emerging cyber threats. The Global Positioning System (GPS) is a space-based positioning, navigation, and timing distribution system, which operates through weather and electromagnetic environments (jamming, spoofing, etc.). GPS supports both civil and military users in air, space, sea, and land operations. Establishes, revises, or reviews policies, procedures, and processes, as necessary to eliminate work problems or barriers to mission accomplishment, promote team building, implement quality improvements, or in response to concerns with regulatory compliance and/or customer requirements. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with various SSC PEO Acquisition Deltas, Space Systems Integration Office, Atlas, SSC Direct Reporting Units, and HQ SSC S-Staff. Supports SSC and FM leadership in the planning, coordination, and review of POM activities.

Chief of Staff for the Process Innovation and Integration Operational Planning Team (OPT) a 2-Star led OPT directed by the Vice Chief of Staff of the Army (VCSA) to link, streamline, integrate, and synchronize the Army's requirements, resourcing, acquisition, and sustainment processes. Provides leadership and guidance to 17 senior level subject matter experts from across the Army. Coordinates briefings and recommendations to the Chief of Staff Army (CSA), VCSA, Army Acquisition Executive, ASA(ALT) MILDEP, DCS G-8, DCS G-4, AMC Commander and other senior Army leaders. Develops Execution Orders for implementation of recommendations aimed at reducing cost and schedule in the Army's materiel enterprise. Further assists in preparing the CSA and VCSA for acquisition forums to include the Army Requirements Oversight Council. Additionally, serves as the aviation program analyst for the CSA in the Program Analysis and Evaluation (PA&E) Directorate within the DCS, G-8.

Supports the USASMDC/ ARSTRAT Technical Center Space Directorate. Responsible for testing and technology development of multiple Joint Capability Technology Demonstration (JCTD) efforts. Works with COCOMs and ASAALT to exploit technology and fill capability gaps with evolving space technologies. Develops Concepts of Operations and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures to utilize the systems to their fullest capability. Coordinates the logistics functions including preparing for satellite launches. Ensures operational data is sent back to USASMDC/ ARSTRAT for follow-on analysis and evaluation of performance in the field to determine if the system will satisfy requirements and capability gaps. Also responsible for contractual requirements are being met and managing all budgetary requirements. responsible for interface/integration of cost, schedule and performance in the Space materiel development.

Al-Riyadh Governorate, Saudi Arabia

Responsible for all matters pertaining to ground vehicle and support equipment system acquisitions for the Saudi Arabia Ministry of the National Guard (MNG), IAW DOTMLPF. Responsible for cost/schedule/performance/planning/coordination/fielding of all FMS systems in support of the MNG Modernization Program equipment which includes $4 billion in FMS LAV in 8 variants and direct commercial sales of varying support equipment, to include simulators/simulation equipment. Serves as primary adv. to the Dir of the SANG Military Procurement, on all efforts. Advises the PM on acquisition of all military hardware matters/FMS case development/acquisition policy for MNG. Monitors the expenditure of system funds/recommends fiscal priorities in support of MNG efforts. Coordinates with the TACOM LCMC/CECOM/ PEO Ammo/Missiles and Space/STRI, provides direct oversight for the PM-LAV Program in Saudi Arabia.

Serves as DOTMLPF Program Management Analyst for the Army's Capabilities Needs Analysis (CNA) supporting Army transformation and the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System by identifying, assessing, and prioritizing Joint and Army programs. responsible for evaluating program management, budgeting and execution of over 450 materiel solutions at a cost of $64B. Conducts strategic coordination and communication with the Joint andArmy Staff, Combatant Commands, Army Service Component Commands, Army Materiel Command, TRADOC HQ and CoEs, and ARCIC to determine, integrate and synchronize capabilities development. Makes recommendations for TRADOC's position on prioritizations and trades in the Planning, Programming, Budget and Execution (PPBE) processes across the Army and DoD.

Served as the Acquisition Director for a forward-deployed Army Field Support Brigade manned with over 28,000 Soldiers, Civilians, and contractors. Leads both the Brigade's Contract Management Office and its Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Directorate. Oversees the Brigade's five sustainment contracts valued at over $1.8B. Serves as the Commander's primary interface with contractor theater leads, ACC-Rock Island, DCMA and OCSDC. Communicates Brigade and Battalion requirements to contractors for execution. Serves as the primary interface between the Brigade and ASA(ALT) Forward. Acts as the Brigade Commander's advisor for all acquisition and Army equipment program matters. Coordinates the administrative and life support for over 2500 ASA(ALT) Soldiers, Civilians and contractors.
