Accurately and quickly keying in the information of incoming state tax returns in Quick Key, while also taking the proper precautions to safeguarding Federal Tax Information . This includes forms related to 1099's, w2's, etc

Keying in and filing the data from industrial property tax returns and fixing errors in a program that is used for tax information. I did other office duties in the oil and gas department. I also took on the roll of a Secretary of the property tax department briefly while the position was vacant. I regularly worked in Microsoft Excel to create and update statewide Excel information for the Property Valuation Training and Procedures Commission.

I was expected to work within local Walmarts and effectively market the product. A large part of this job was the use of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs. My sales in this position regularly exceeded the goals of my region and I was permitted to branch out to other Walmart’s because of my performance.

I was expected to deliver an array of auto parts to local businesses. I was required to key in my invoices daily as I made deliveries in order to track delivery progress. I was then expected to file sales invoices and send them to customers.

My duties in this job were to take incoming calls and key in multiple forms of data daily throughout the course of the phone calls while handling difficult situations for irate customers looking to cancel their services with ATT and/or DirecTV. I was expected to meet monthly metrics and be able to resolve any issues that would make a customer want to terminate their service. I regularly received monthly bonuses for outperforming the continuously changing minimum metrics.
