Conduct O & M clinics, maintenance program evaluations and product condition/performance appraisals at customer facilities to promote customer utility, acceptance and satisfaction with products and services to make sure it exceeds there expectation. Interact and work together with the customer at the customer site. Instruct customers in operation and/or maintenance (O & M) of products through formal and tutorial training programs meeting agreed OEM and customer training standards for preparation, style, content and student results. Assist customers in resolving problems and questions by providing competent advice, guidance and/or information via various media and/or visits to customer sites. Commission products at customer sites to assure the product is completely functional to customer specifications; train Customer on the proper use of products. Seek out, identify and effectively communicate, customer plans/activity information, customer perceptions of products and services and product quality information via various communication media such as e-mail, MSE Field Issues, or written report. Participate and contribute to successful Ad Hoc project management, training program development, instructional development and generic problem analysis on an as-required basis. Work with the customer on warranty issue (parts and labor) and help them resolve problem with unit Mechanical, Electrical or Hydraulic. Give guidance to other service representative, work with in-house engineering and with Marketing/Sales to resolve customer needs.

Directed five field service representatives with commission, coordinate of travel and warranty. Manage parts shipments, labor, and communicated progress to internal and external customers. Developed revenue through on-site maintenance training, annual service inspections during down time of product, product upgrades, and defect troubleshooting. Track customer needs with products, help the customer control operational and maintenance cost.

Run engine on dynamometer with government mandated specifications, troubleshoot engine and drive trains. Rebuild engine on government rebuild programs for fast response use and for long term storage to meet the needs of the armed services.

Read and follow prints to assemble/welding varies trucks, dollies, Hand trucks, Conveyor systems, carries such as hoppers, portable container bins and stair case pans alone with installation on building sites . Also worked as a machinist, brake and shear operator.
