Served as Chairman of the Board of this leading, highly diversified, global company that provides mission critical solutions to the US Government and its allies on all seven continents. Became Chairman at the time the Company became public and played a prominent role in the negotiation that led to the Company being acquired by an affiliate of Amentum Government Services Holdings LLC in an all- cash transaction valued at approximately $1.9 billion including the assumption of debt. The purchase price represented a premium of approximately 70% from the closing price prior to announcement.

Served as Executive Chairman of this leading Environmental Consulting Firm. Served as Board Chairman and led negotiations to merge the Company with WSP in an all cash deal at a price per share which represented a 52% premium to the pre- announcement share price.

Member of the Board of Directors and of the Audit Committee. Served as the Chairman of the Special Committee of the Board to evaluate strategic alternatives which resulted in the Company enterring into a definitve agreement to be acquired by Madison Dearborn Partners in a transaction with an approximate equity value of $1.3 billion.
