With over 25 years’ experience in insurance brokerage, my career has been focused on the real estate space including multifamily, student housing, office, industrial, retail, as well as other specialty areas such as hospitality, and sports/entertainment arenas.Beginning my career at Marsh & McLennan in NYC, I spent the first 10 years of my career focused on placement and servicing of global property insurance programs for Fortune 500 Companies. I then had the opportunity to join Willis Towers Watson as a placement specialist with responsibilities including marketing, negotiation and placement for international real estate portfolios. Prior to joining Insurance Group of America as President, I served as a Strategic Leader for Lockton Companies in their global real estate practice, where I was responsible for delivering products, processes, and services that best served clients’ needs.Based on my experience and tenure in the industry of servicing, marketing, and providing strategic leadership, I am well positioned to drive transformative change through implementing processes and procedures, service models and standards, team structures, strategic partnerships, industry specific resources, tools, analytics, etc. that ultimately differentiate brokers in the real estate space.
