*Incident Triage and Analysis: -Receive and review alerts generated by security tools (EDR, MDR and NGFW). -Correlate information from various sources to identify potential security incidents. -Prioritize incidents based on impact and urgency.*Investigation and Response: -Perform in-depth analysis of security incidents to understand their scope and impact. -Gather relevant evidence, logs, and data to determine the root cause and attack vectors. -Collaborate with SOC L1 analysts to validate incidents and gather additional context. -Propose and implement mitigation strategies or countermeasures to contain and neutralize threats. -Escalate high-priority incidents to SOC L3 if necessary.
