Responsible for supplier quality management1. Follow High End Mono Laser printer new project development & MP management2. Design and implement methods & procedures for CM factory finished goods inspection3. Perform QBR audit and have the meeting with supplier and cross-functional team.4. Drive supplier and cross functional team for continuous improvements.5. Hold weekly & monthly meeting with Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier for NC improvements.6. Manage pre-shipment inspection team for daily inspection (OBA) and ORT test.7. Manage and improve the quality relative issues like DCN/ECN, FPY, SCAR, scorecard etc.

Responsible for supplier quality management & NPI project quality management 1. Qualify new suppliers with sourcing & technical engineer.2. Work with suppliers for root cause analysis of NC components and follow up the corrective actions.3. Statistic & monitor supplier quality performance and drive supplier continual improvement.4. Annual audit to key suppliers and follow up corrective actions.5. Manage Lab for incoming raw material test & Lamination product pre-shipment inspection.6. Follow up DTP NPI project and handle daily quality issue like HOQ, FMEA, CAPA,SCAR,FPY etc.

Supervise IPQC/OQC for SMT/COB/Focus and finished goods assembly work shop, total 93 people.1. Hold weekly & monthly quality meeting with PROD/PE and drive improvement2. Recruit & manage QC inspector/ Engineer, monitor & qualify their performance monthly.3. Prepare & Review PMP (QC Plan), PFMEA, MSA, SPC/CPK, WI etc4. Follow new product trial run/ MP launch, and handle key project/important/emergency quality issue5. Handle customer complaint and reply 8D. 6. Follow up the issues found by QC, coordinate relative department to ensure the shipment timely. A. Improve the FPY to 95% for the 1st 1KK per month project of Moto BT headset by fix the issue of SLR /RLR, big gap, button jam, dead etc in 2005B. Improve TI product from 2005 by improving the control in COB process and keep stable for Heat Seal & hand solder process, thus we achieved the lowest DPPM (2 competitors) and get “TI Supplier Excellence award” in 2008.C. OQC DPPM control within 300 PPM.D. Pull down SMT line DPPM from 4000PPM to lower than 2500PPM in 2008 by DOE trial run and step stencil to fix the problem like missing, offset, cold solder etc.
