Improve TI product from 2005 by improving the control in COB process and keep stable for Heat Seal & hand solder process, thus we achieved the lowest DPPM (2 competitors) and get “TI Supplier Excellence award” in 2008.C. OQC DPPM control within 300 PPM.D. Pull down SMT line DPPM from 4000PPM to lower than 2500PPM in 2008 by DOE trial run and step stencil to fix the problem like missing, offset, cold solder etc.
