As part of an engineering-business student team, led the development of a new methodology for determining the carbon footprint of the Boeing 737 aircraft. Worked with factory- to executive-level stakeholders to integrate the methodology with existing business processes, thus reducing resource burden and ensuring accountability despite a complex organization, product, and supply chain. Ensured the credibility of the methodology through compliance with an emerging international standard for product-based greenhouse gas accounting.

Worked with a client to fabricate composite body panels for a motorcycle displayed at the Augustusburg Palace Motorcycle Museum. Improved production efficiency of Kevlar-lined plates for armored cars by designing and manufacturing a support device for a new vacuum gluing process. Identified and implemented solutions to clearance, attachment and functional issues with OEM auto parts used in armored cars. Learned and adhered to Volkswagen-developed CATIA V5 CAD protocol for parametric design.

Contributed to the aerodynamic development of the Mission One motorcycle by modeling over 40 exposed prototype parts in Solidworks for CFD analysis. Identified and helped resolve prototype handling concerns by benchmarking the suspension geometries of competitors' products. Performed pit crew and troubleshooting duties during land speed trials at the Bonneville Salt Flats, helping the prototype set a new world record at 150 mph.

Personally trained and managed over 900 volunteers from San Francisco Bay Area corporations, schools, and colleges in start-to-finish housing construction. Coordinated with volunteers, subcontractors, and a team of nine other full-time construction employees to complete eight ~2,000 sq. ft. homes in 11 months. Implemented a new safety program which successfully prevented any major injuries among thousands of volunteers on three worksites.

Used Vectorworks CAD software to draft 2D and 3D architectural drawings for residential and commercial building renovations.
