As PM I am focused on customer service and will be responsible for all aspects of project management by working with insightful and proactive performance in mind as it relates to the success of the project for our clients, internal teammates, architects, engineers, specialty contractors and other stakeholders. o Oversee performance, management and execution of projects from start to finish: · Write project subcontracts and purchase orders · Manage Project Administration work and document control · Responsible for monthly billing and monthly reports · Generate, track and update project schedules · Manage the project budget and performance · Ensure project exceeds success criteria set forth by our clients · Lead OAC project meetings · Change order management
