Provides oversight of Technical Support Representatives and acts as Tier II support for the more than 4,000 students enrolled at John Tyler Community College. Responsible for the training, scheduling, management, and supervision of ITE students during their internship with the Help Hub. Acts as Tier II technical support, handling all tickets escalated for support and acting as the liaison between Tier I and Tier III.
